Item Condition Requirement: Returned goods must be brand new, unused, with intact original packaging and all complete accessories for processing. Products must be kept in original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage.

 


 

3. Cancellation Time and Shipping Cost

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days after you receive the products without providing any reason. All return shipping costs are covered by us, and prepaid shipping labels will be provided for free.
